Description:

As libraries throughout the country look to be places of making and learning, movements like hour of code promote that computer programming will soon be as important as reading. Robotics education helps students build STEAM, 21st Century, and coding skills in collaborative, creative environments. A panel of school, public and academic librarians who have coached robotics teams, circulated gear and led classes will share their experiences, and help attendees get started with robots.
