Description:

Perceived barriers between our onsite and online colleagues and other learners are rapidly eroding. Using social media tools (e.g., Twitter, Facebook private groups, and Google+ Hangouts) and mobile devices allows us to draw people together when and wherever needed. Join us for this interactive session that uses a couple of case studies to show how online and onsite groups can be brought together for meetings and learning opportunities in a variety of settings.

Looking forward to having everyone at the session. Going to make this as interactive as possible.

Brief reminder that the "Blend It" session on connecting onsite and online groups with no-cost/low-cost tech starts in approximately 90 minutes (Monday, 6/29/15, 1 pm PT, Moscone Center, West Building, Room 2004). Using #alaleftbehind hashtag for Twitter feed from participants.

For those who can't attend (too many choices, so little time or #alaleftbehind), the Slide deck and extensive speaker notes are available at http://paulsignorelli.com/PowerPoints/2015-06-29--LITA--Blend_It.ppt. The live session is going to be highly interactive/experiential, so the slides/notes are the road map, not the whole event.
